If your youtube channel is old then you just have to follow the following steps.

You just have to use an old tips which are still working well.

You just have to clear those videos which are not related to current brands or current affairs.

For Example:
If I post a video about simple old Nokia set.

The video will not get a good result but it will decrease you channel standard.

So try to delete old video which does not have any importance Now a days.

For new channel start to  create great trailers.

Means your video should be edited by the professional editors or at least edit your video like professional editors.

Make sure to give your viewer a clear message that your channel is about what it is very helpful for any channel to get more subscribers.

Design great thumbnails of your videos.

It has been noticed by the Professional Youtubers the videos having great thumbnails ranks more as compare's to videos having bad or normal thumbnails.

So you must have to focus on thumbnails.

We know that if we have more views we will get more subscribers.
